Quasi-conductor are the detached type of matters. At first this unique type was discovered in the 1890's but more thoroughly it started to be discovered just after the First World War in Europe and in Soviet Union. Russian physicists performed lots of experiments. The results demonstrated that semiconductors may assist to accelerate the fluctuations and maintain them. There was no possibility to develop some unique devices as igct. First transistor was created in Bell's laboratory in 1949. This event impacted on the quick development of semiconductor devices. That was the beginning of the epoch of semiconductor technologies.
A lot of scientists perform a great deal of researches just to get more knowledge about such characteristic of semiconductors as stimulated emission. It caused the appearing of semiconductor laser device based on usage of p - n barriers and then on heterojunction.
