Today one can find semi-conductors of appointed materials. Their electrical resistance has to be somewhere among the resistance of a conductor and a non-conductor. The electrical resistance of semi-conductors also depends on changes in temperature or used “impurities”.
The expression “admixtures” stands for the other components added to the material. Semi-conductors are known as semiconductor assembly of type-n or type-t according to the components of complete material.

Quasi-conductor are the detached type of matters. There was no possibility to develop some unique devices as igct. First transistor was created in Bell's laboratory in 1949. This event impacted on the quick development of semiconductor devices. That was the beginning of the epoch of semiconductor technologies.
A lot of scientists perform a great deal of researches just to get more knowledge about such characteristic of semiconductors as stimulated emission. It caused the appearing of semiconductor laser device based on usage of p - n barriers and then on heterojunction.
