Any project manager operates four variables: spending, timing, time and producing a satisfactory result. A more ambitious goal is to enchance work procedures and resource distribution. Take your project and you will notice that it employes people, funds and tools to deliver satisfactory outcomes. To manage projects successfully one have to deal with several things.
