Teamwork
Individuals interact in three basic ways: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.
If you care to make the right choice with regard to software technology, you have to understand the differences that exist between those interactions.
Conversational interaction is an exchange of information and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction substance between two or more people involeved, while an interaction of collaboration is used for a modification of a collaboration entity, for example: achievement of a shared goal.
Collaborative interactions are structured in such a way that the key purpose of those involved is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what used to be unfixed and intangible, for instance, an idea, into something useful, for example a design solution.
Teamwork Software is one of groupware types that allow for seamless teamwork between your workers, department staff, everybody who works on the project, teams, etc.
The strong point of these solutions is in the ability to allow team members to browse action plans, exchange documents, be updated on projects, supervise schedules, automate business processes, be promptly notified of any new objectives and activities they are involved in. There are a plenty of approaches to making these applications useful: scheduling events, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and harmonizing work of two or more business units or even firms.
