The difficulties with fuel that people require to heat the houses in winter time strictly emerged in the XX century. Such goods as squared timber blockhouses and beam frames lost their ability to befit the demands of modern energy efficiency. Severe rules in thermal shielding of buildings that are provided in Europe are very difficult to answer. Citizens have to apply efficient heat insulating stuff. To follow the specified demands in thermal insulting, external wall should have thickness: 50 centimeters for squared timber walls, 150 centimeters for brick walls and for wooden carcass only 15 centimeters.
Commonly, such building method is named a Canadian one. The first carcass constructions were made in Canada. In the early nineties appeared one more notion that partly described this technology - sandwich - panel houses.
You have to apply carcass technology to build a modern house that will meet the energy conservation, comfort, ecology, fire safety and other requirements. (more…)
